PhD candidates and stress

Are you a Research Fellow? Do you experience stress? Too many demands at the same time?

"PhD candidates and stress", is a three-hour course held on campus by Occupational Physiotherapist Carolina Lybäck-Forsbacka and Senior Advisor Kristine Mollø-Christensen (Psycho-social work environment) from the Occupational Health Service Unit.

The aim of the course is to build awareness about stress-related complaints, health implications and how to improve the situation.

Target group

PhD candidates at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences.

The course has limited intake capacity, and priority will be given to PhD candidates who have spent at least six months at the PhD Programme.
