Faglige interesser

Mikrobiell genomdynamikk og virulensstudier fortrinnsvis hos de patogene bakteriegruppene Francisella og Vibrioer. Forskningsgruppen fokuserer for øyeblikket mest på den humanpatogene bakterien Vibrio cholerae og de fiskepatogene bakteriene innen gruppen Francisella philomiragia.
