Lakes in transition (completed)

This project proposes to test critical factors of the biogeochemical cycles of the lakes so that these can be mapped. In the project we will develop modelling approaches to better understand the element loads from the catchment, as well as the biogeochemical cycles.

About the project

For many years lakes have been monitored and measures have been taken to reduce catchment. However, the outcomes of the management actions are unclear, which is why we seek to find out if lake remediation measures work.

Objectives
