Teaching and Supervision
The Language Technology Group administers one of five study programmes in Computer Science, dubbed Informatikk: Språk og Kommunikasjon (at the Bachelor level, taught in Norwegian) and Informatics: Language and Communication (at the Master level, taught in English). Furthermore, courses taught by LTG staff (on search and language technology, as well as more general programming techniques) are part of other Computer Science programmes.
Group members also supervise a variety of topics and kinds of MSc projects. A list of candidate projects is available on-line, but group members will also be happy to discuss individual ideas and define new projects in the broad realm of language and search technologies. Please make contact with us.
A bi-weekly research seminar brings together group members and advanced MSc students to discuss on-going research at LTG and host guest presentations by visiting scholars.
