An interregional scandinavian cooperation that aims to create sustainable economic groth in the Kategat/Skagerrak region and enable the region to compete globally.

This project is part of the Regional Innovation Project for Oslo and Akershus. The objective is to establish an international exchange program with focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
