The Centre for Materials Science and Nanotechnology has an extensive list of collaborators in the public sector as well as in the industry.

Besides actors in the industry, SMN also has research collaborators among universities and research institutions. The Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and Vestfold University College (VUC/HiVE) are among the university partners, and within the institution sector we collaborate with SINTEF and Institute for Energy Technology (IFE).
