Not enough AFU-member to make decisions.

Status quo:
       LAMU
       - There was an inspection round.
       - They are aware that the ventilation is not on during weekends,
       	    they want everyone to send messages to EA if the problems remain.
	    
       whiteboard has arrived but need to be installed.

       Programcouncil has finished the report on the masters program and
       sent it to everyone.

       Some people sleep here, this cannot happen.
       Because no one will look for sleeping people in
       the event of an emergency.

#Mr. Bareid(AFU leader) finally showed up, we can now make decisions again.

       Institute board members have been elected, but the results
       are not out yet. (The reps. are Helene, Helle, Sara, Øyvind)

       The institute board will elect Per B. Lilje as new institute leader.
       
Basement meeting:
	On initiative from the students, some of the masters students(all
	where invited) gathered in the basement and discussed the AST4xxx
	courses this semester and the other courses offered to first year
	master students at out institute. A summary of the discussion was
	written and the relevant points were taken to Frode(head of teaching)
	and the institute.
	 
	AFU should arrange a meeting for the masters student about each course
	every semester. The meeting should be late in the semester, before the
	weeks of exam-prep.

	Bareid will write the documentation for future basement-meetings.

Rules and regulations:
      No changes to the regulations can be made from AFU except during a general
      assembly, this point is only to make proposed changes for the
      general assembly.
      
      Considering that no one prepared for this, and we should have more of
      AFU present to make any changes in the rules and regulations.

AFUs official stance on combining institutes:
     Unanimously against combining.
     Economical reasons for the institute, and therefor the students.
     Tradition.
     Good environment already here.
     Reasearch-wise.
