Fredagskollokvium:The Planck 2014 data release

Ingunn K. Wehus, Resercher, JPL, Caltech

The Planck CMB satellite was taking data between 2009-2013. The first data release, including 14 months of temperature data only, took place in March 2013. This year's data release will contain temperature data from the full four years of operation, and it will also contain the first polarization data. I will give an overview of the preliminary results, including maps, power spectra and cosmological parameters. The main focus will be on the contributions from the Oslo/JPL Planck group.
