RADseq 2012 Synopsis

Late lunch talk by the CEES RADseq platform

What we have done and where to go from here: one year of activity of the CEES RADseq platform.

In addition, selected results from local RAD users will be presented: how we are currently employing RAD data to study adaptive and neutral variation in natural populations.
Hot topics:
- Genotype-phenotype mapping.
- Minor allele frequency spectrum analysis vs. Bayesian inferences in understanding past population dynamics: to be or not to be (a phased SNP).
