WHY: It can be challenging to present your personal attributes in a good way when asked and many feel like like they are bragging when talking about their positive qualities. Being able to describe yourself and communicate how your personal traits fits with a particular job is a central part of the job search process and awareness of both your strengths and weaknesses can help you become a better job searcher.
WHAT: In this workshop you will get tools that can help you reflect on and describe your personal traits and provide you with insight in how you fit into specific tasks, responsibilities and roles.
HOW: In the workshop you will get dedicated time to apply your new tools for competence mapping on your personal traits through in self-reflection, group work and plenary dialogues.
