Results - more than academic achievements
It can be hard to put your finger on a good result. Being able to reflect upon and describe your results can help you build self-confidence and make the difference in your next job interview.
WHY: Are you able to describe a situation where you produced a result that you are proud of? No? Then this workshop is for you to help you reflect on your own achievements and calibrate your reference point for comparison.
WHAT: In this workshop you will get tools that can help you reflect on your own results and what you learned about your yourself in that situation. Being aware of, and reminding yourself of your results is important to build confidence and deal better with impostor syndrome, in addition to help you ace your next job interview.
HOW: In the workshop you will get dedicated time to utilized the STAR model both in self-reflection and group work with your peers.

Meet the trainers
Camilla is a career counsellor at the Career Services at UiO. She has a master’s degree in counselling psychology and in her daily work she is involved in individual career counselling for PhD candidates and students at UiO, in addition to facilitating courses on competence mapping, CV, job application, interview training and more. Camilla is certified in ‘How to develop your Career Plan’ and she works part-time as a lecturer at the Centre for Continuing Education and Professional Development at NTNU. She has a great interest in research and is a co-author on the book Designing Courses with Digital Technologis.
Vivienne is a career counsellor at the Career Services at UiO. She has a master’s degree in counselling with specialization in career counselling and counselling in groups. During her studies she facilitated the course ‘Experts in teams’ at NTNU and has worked in several counselling roles. In her daily work she is involved in individual career counselling for PhD candidates and students at UiO, in addition to facilitating courses on competence mapping, job application and career planning.
