We aim to do this by

  • developing specialized courses
  • giving mobility grants
  • helping PhD students to develop transferable skills
  • organizing national and international meeting arenas for collaboration in research and education

  • seethapathy 59th Annual Meeting of American Society of Pharmacognosy, 2018 Aug. 3, 2018

    Each year American Society of Pharamacognosy (ASP) organizes its annual meeting for five days, and Seethapathy Gopalakrishnan Saroja attended the 59 th annual meeting of ASP in Lexington, Kentucky, USA. There were over 350 attendees including the leaders of pharmacognosy research. The annual meeting covered all the areas of pharmacognosy research and its latest advancements and Development.

  • erlend_johannesen The 27th International Congress of the Transplantation Society, Madrid, 1–5 July 2018 Aug. 3, 2018

    Erlend Johannessen Egeland visited the congress together with colleagues from the School of Pharmacy at the University of Oslo and Oslo University Hospital, Rikshospitalet. Erlend`s PhD project is focused on the cause and effects of pharmacokinetic variability of immunosuppressive drugs used in renal transplanted patients. He thinks the congress had a varied and interesting scientific program that matched his research interests very well.

  • christergjestvang_norske_delegasjon_esp ESP Photobiology School, Italy, June 2018 Aug. 3, 2018

    Krister Gjestvang Grønlien attended the ESP Photobiology School which is held biannually by the European Society for Photobiology (ESP). The course aims to give an overview of the interaction of light with living organisms and medical use of light, and to bring Ph.D. students from all over Europe, studying photochemistry and photobiology together. ESP Photobiology School is offered as a course at University of Oslo, granting 10 ECTS credits (FRM9550 – Photobiology).
