FRM-KJM9930 - NFIF- Bioanalysis - Forefront Technologies and Applications

This autumn the Norwegian PhD School of Pharmacy offers the course FRM-KJM9930 Bioanalysis - Forefront Technologies and Applications.

FRM-KJM9930 is particularly relevant for PhD-students working with chromatography and mass spectrometry in the fields of pharmaceutical analysis, biomedical analysis, clinical chemistry, proteomics, and metabolomics.

The course is now open for registration.

FRM-KJM9930 – Bioanalysis - Forefront Technologies and Applications

The course will focus on the latest research on new technologies and applications within bioanalytical chemistry. Especially, attention will be directed towards chromatography, electrophoresis, mass spectrometry, and sample preparation of biological fluids. Applications will be small-molecule drugs, peptides, and proteins in biological fluids. Finally, the course will focus on presentation of scientific data related to bioanalytical chemistry, both in written and oral format.

The course is given in English as it is intended for international participation.

Why follow the course in Oslo?

The teachers have for a long time balanced research and teaching at the highest level, and we are very experienced. We are internationally recognized in the field of bioanalysis through research on liquid-phase microextraction technologies, LC column technologies, and mass spectrometry-based targeted proteomics. Also, we are authors of international textbooks in bioanalysis, pharmaceutical analysis, and chromatography.
