I have a phd in microbial ecology and my primary interest is microbial diversity and assessments of different factors which affect and shape these communities. 

I am currently working on projects assessing the effect of antibiotics on gut microbiomes, and the effects of different stress factors on microbiomes related to aquaculture (marine sediments and fish).
