The aim of this workshop is to give the participants insight on the codes and social norms of the Norwegian working environment, as well as its basic values like equality, work-life balance and compromise. The target group is international researchers and staff at UiO who have recently arrived in Norway and Norwegian staff who works closely with international Staff.
