We are happy to announce that the 2021Almlöf–Gropen lecture will be given by Prof. Alán Aspuru-Guzik, University of Toronto on 10 September. The title of his lecture is There is no time for science as usual: Materials Acceleration Platforms. This online event also features contributions from Tanner Culpitt and Gabriel Gerez from the Hylleraas Centre.

We are happy to announce that the 2020 Almlöf-Gropen lecture, which had to be postponed due to the ongoing pandemic, will be given by Prof. Leticia Gonzalez, University of Vienna. The title of her lecture is Light and shadows on the quantum simulation of molecular electronic excited states. The event will also feature contributions from Abril C. Castro and Ryan Wilkins from the Hylleraas Centre.

The annual Almlöf-Gropen Lecture will be held by Prof. Sharon Hammes-Schiffer.

Title: Adventures in Free Radical Chemistry: A Computational Approach.

The title of the 2013 Almlöf–Gropen lecture is "From Donor–Acceptor Complexes to Gallium Nitride Nanorods".
