Research interests
I study the responses of populations of soil organisms to alterations in the physical environment and exposure to anthropogenic toxicants. I aim to combine lab- and field-based approaches for understanding the mechanisms shaping the variation in life history strategies among conspecific populations and species, and the consequences for population dynamics. Presently, I am studying the combined effect of neonicotinoids and temperature on soil-dwelling Collembola.
