The annual Norwegian stem cell conference is a national platform that offers a great opportunity for researchers to discuss and explore the frontiers of Norwegian stem cell research. It is also an excellent opportunity for cross-disciplinary talks in order to bring together many research fields in order to solve various challenges within the stem cell research. The PharmaTox environment was well represented at the conference and the programme was very good with many interesting talks.
The Chromatome team contributed with a presentation by Ignacio Cuervo, titled ‘CRISPR technology as a tool to study the chromatome in embryonic stem cells’. The ensuing networking sessions resulted in new exciting ideas and possible collaborations with colleagues.
