PSEUDOID (completed)

PSEUDOID: Identification and evaluation of peptides for active and passive immunization against Pseudomonas aeruginosa (DFG - German Science Foundation)

In this project, we try to find surface structures conserved in all strains of Pseudomonas aeroginosa that are useful as vaccine targets and diagnostic biomarkers. We use both bioinformatics and biochemistry methods to identify and characterize relevant surface proteins.
