Josue is a dynamic digital transformation researcher, specializing in the intersection of global health, digital financial inclusion, and Government 2.0. His research has been published in business journals such as the Wall Street Journal . Josue is the author and co-author of several scientific publications in the top conferences such as the International Conference on Information Systems ( ICIS ), the premier IS Conference in the world, the Americas Conference on Information Systems ( AMCIS ), The Australasian Conference on Information Systems (ACIS)the European, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern Conference on Information Systems ( EMCIS ). His work mainly focuses on digital transformation in the global south and its implications. Josue strongly believes in the power of science to reach the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Africa, reduce poverty, and increase prospectity.
