  • The Head of Department and section leader must approve all applications prior to submission. All applicants are asked to fill out this https://nettskjema.no/a/111771 with information to Head of Department and support services 6 weeks before deadline. 

  • Everyone with new projects (either as project manager or partner) shall submit the web form https://nettskjema.no/a/186989

  • when submitting applications,use the email address e-soknader@ifi.uio.no  in the portals.

  • Advice and support for internal and external grant applications, approved projects and information about current research and mobility grants, contact research adviser dyvekej@ifi.uio.no

  • For project budgets and financial follow-up,contact project controllers anita.reime@mn.uio.no ; eivind.solli@mn.uio.no Draft application budget must be quality assured by the project controller at least 2 weeks before the application deadline.
