Invitation to International MSc Students in Language Technology

The Department of Informatics and its Language Technology Group encourages applications from prospective European MSc students. Our study programme in Informatics: Language and Communication offers an interdisciplinary two-year Master of Science (MSc) degree at the interface of Computer Science and Linguistics. All teaching and supervision is in English, predominantly by LTG staff (including Jan Tore Lønning, Stephan Oepen, Erik Velldal, Aleksander Øhrn, and Lilja Øvrelid). For qualified EU, Swiss, or EEA citizens, there are no tuition fees, and upon completion of the degree the continuously expanding Norwegian ICT sector offers excellent employment opportunities.
