Software for extraction of DNA copy number motifs in cancer.

Supplement to the paper "DNA copy number motifs are strong and independent predictors of survival in breast cancer" by Arne Pladsen et al. (2020).

To use the CARMA package, first download the file carma_1.0.tar.gz to your computer, then open your R environment and give the command install.packages("PATH/carma_1.0.tar.gz") where PATH is the path of the file. For documentation and instructions for using the package, give the command "?carma" in R.# CARMA
