FFI is currently developing the RIMFAX GPR for the NASA Mars 2020 Rover Mission. The RIMFAX antenna is mounted on the rover and will see parts of the rover. Some reflectors will be stationary and can be removed by subtracting and average. RIMFAX will also see the rover wheels that are changing in position as the rover moves. This master project shall study different signal processing methods for removing the unwanted reflections from the rover.
