I am a ph.d. student in Section for catalysis, where I work with Zirconium based metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). This is an interesting class of materials because of their diverse chemistry and porosity. They are crystalline, and thus easy to characterize. I am currently investigating synthesis conditions of a broad selection of Zr-MOFs, and their properties. In addition I'm managing the single crystal diffraction instrument at the X-ray lab at the institute.
