Bruker Avance Ascend AVIII HD 800

The AVIII HD 800 instrument was produced in 2015 and installed in the NMR Center in September 2015. Initially it had a field drift of over 60 Hz/hour. Now the drift is less than 0.1 Hz/week.

Dr. Silvio Uhlig from the Norwegian Veterinary Institute is loading a marine toxin sample to the sample changer on the UiO NMR Center 800 MHz nmr instrument.

The instrument is configured with four complete radio channels and deuterium lock and is equipped with a variable temperature sample changer with 24 positions. The instrument is  currently controlled by TopSpin 3.5 pl6 and equipped with a 5 mm TCI cryo probe (1H, 13C, 15N) with Automatic Tuning and Matching (ATMA) and Z-gradient accessories - 1H and 13C observation, 13C and/or 15N decoupling. Cold 1H and 13C preamplifiers.
