Academic interests

I’m working on developing novel thin film batteries and the title of my project is “Thin film materials for Li-ion batteries made by Atomic Layer Deposition" (ALD). My main focus is on developing new processes for deposition of cathode materials by ALD. ALD is chosen as it is the superior thin film technique when it comes to depositing materials uniformly in complex nanostructured materials.

The main goal is to be able to make a 3D-structured all-solid-state Li-ion battery which surpasses the performance of the state-of-the-art batteries we have today.

Master: " Materials, energy and nanotechnology" (UiO), where the topic of my thesis was “Thin Films of Multiferroic BiCoO3 by Atomic Layer Deposition”.
