Ramsey's primary focus is dedicated to the advancement of compact fast/thermal neutron detectors and gamma-ray spectrometers designed specifically for space missions and related applications. The compact neutron detectors and gamma-ray spectrometers developed at CENSSS, in collaboration with IDEAS, will be engineered to withstand the harsh conditions of the space environment, providing data for scientific research, planetary exploration, and future space missions.
