Norway (NO) is a leader in digital health innovations (DHIs) but lacks a low-resource environment for testing and validation, while Ethiopia (ET) offers the ideal context but faces challenges in developing DPIs to scale. Combining the two will reinforce Norway’s research excellence and contribute to a novel concept to strengthen community health. DHP4DPI will deliver 2 courses and 2 summer schools and digital public goods in WP1“Digital Health Promotion” and WP2 “Local AI for health”, complemented by WP3” exchange and mobility of students and staff”. DHP4DPI will contribute to SDGs (3, 4, 5, 9, 16, 17) through knowledge creation, community health and resilience, health efficiency and equity, reduced gender inequality, and partnerships.
