Hi! I recently started my PhD at the Mechanics department. I am part of an interdisciplinary project where we aim to get a better understanding of protein condensates and membranes within cells. My work will be focused on theoretical and numerical analysis of condensate wetting dynamics on membranes.
I finished my mechanical engineering masters 3 years ago and have since then worked in the renewable energy industry. During my masters I specialized in fluid mechanics and numerical methods. My thesis was on fluid-structure interaction of flexible tubes, which was part of a larger research project with aim to better predict outcome of surgery on patients with obstructive sleep apnea.
