Delphine will explain how we can get the GKP Hamiltonian of the GKP bosonic code as the Floquet Hamiltonian of a harmonic oscillator with a specific periodic driving potential. She will explain how to derive the necessary potential in a systematic way. She will start with a brief description of Floquet theory to make the rest accessible.
This will be an informal presentation with room for questions/discussion.
