AV-equipment at the faculty of natural sciences.

An overview of the AV equipment at the faculty of natural sciences.

Faculty-supported installations

The faculty directly supports rooms with AV-installations across multiple buildings. Currently the rooms vary a bit with regards to the equipment they provide and also the connectivity available.

Niels Henrik Abels Hus

In Niels Henrik Abels Hus the faculty is responsible for the following rooms: 107, 108, 120, 126, UE26, and UE32. Room 120 is a special case as it is a student lounge with some installed AV equipment, while the rest of the rooms are identical. In these identical lecture rooms you will find:

  • A projector
  • A fixed PC, with a basic software installation familiar to all users at UiO.
  • A SMART podium display.
  • Two headset microphones.
  • Connectors allowing laptops to connect to the projector. Connectivity is provided via HDMI, full-size DisplayPort, and VGA.

Brief contact posters are available in the following rooms and are as follows: 107, 108, 120, 126, UE26, and UE32.
