WHY: Choosing a career that is in line with your values can be the difference between success and burnout. Do you know YOUR values and the role they have on your daily decisions?
WHAT: The concept of values can be difficult to grasp and even more so, describing your own. Here we will provide several definitions of what values can be to help you find one that resonates best with you. You will also get tools to help you describe your own values, understand how they make the foundation for your motivation and how they affect career choices.
HOW: In the workshop you will get dedicated time test your new tools both in self-reflection and in groups with your peers.
