14.10.2024 09-1030: CV workshop - Enhancing Your Academic and Industry CVs
This workshop will focus on perfecting both academic and non-academic CVs.
- Learn how to craft an effective academic CV for grant proposals, particularly for the RCN-call "Researcher Project for Early Career Scientists (FRIPRO)". Discover how to fill gaps and meet expectations to position yourself for academic success.
- Get tips on creating CVs for industry jobs. Understand the do's and don'ts to catch the eye of potential employers.
- For those pursuing a career in academia, gain insights on what is expected in your CV and how to leverage your PhD/Postdoc to secure grants.
- Concluding the workshop, there will be time to receive personalized feedback on your CVs.

MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship - Master Class 2023
The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, in cooperation with the Faculty of Medicine, will arrange a digital Master Class 13-14 June for applicants to the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships 2023. The aim of the Master Class is to attract and train excellent and highly motivated researchers to successfully apply for a fellowship. Participants in the Master Class are expected to submit an application (deadline 13 September).
Register
Prospective applicants must register before 1. June to participate in the Master Class. It is mandatory to provide the name of the supervisor you will collaborate with, and to upload a copy of your CV.
In order to attend, you will need to:
- Fulfill the MSCA eligibility criteria (europa.eu)
- Have one of our supervisors willing to support your proposal, and willing to host you in their research group (see link further below for our departments and research centres).
- Prepare and upload a CV with your registration.
