REAL kunst and PHAB

In this seminar, Mathisrud will present his artistic research project, which explores how the conditions for life on a planet can be translated into composition and audiovisual systems. Working at the intersection of film, sound, and installation, he draws on PHAB’s research themes of the early Earth, the modern Earth, and exoplanets to develop an audiovisual work that brings planetary processes into sensory experience. The project aims to create a productive dialogue between scientific models and artistic methods, offering new perspectives on complex scientific phenomena through art.
