Academic Interests

I am a passionate Computational Physicist and Mathematician, with a specific interest in leveraging high-performance computing (HPC) to address the intricate challenges within the realm of astrophysics. My research encompasses a wide array of topics, spanning from conducting finite volume simulations of fluid or plasma flow to pioneering the algebraic construction of novel preconditioners for Krylov space-based iterative solvers.

My academic journey includes the attainment of an M.Sc. in Applied Physics from the Gdansk University of Technology (Poland), an M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from the University of L'Aquila (Italy), and a D.Phil. in Applied Mathematics from the esteemed Pierre and Marie Curie University (France).

In addition to my academic pursuits, I am an enthusiastic problem solver and proficient coder, which enhances my ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical solutions within the field of astrophysics.
