Christmas with new friends 2024 edition
If you find yourself unable to go home for Christmas or haven't yet established a network in Oslo, we understand the importance of meaningful connections during the holiday season. You don’t have to spend Christmas alone. In our effort to foster a sense of community, we are committed to creating groups that make it easy for you to connect with others. Let’s come together to ensure this holiday season is filled with warmth, shared experiences, and new friendships. Your presence is important to us, and we are here to make sure you have someone to share the festivities with. Regardless of which faculty or museum you belong to, you are warmly welcome to join!
When you sign up, we will pair you with others who also need someone to be with during the holidays. It will be up to you how often and in what way you wish to meet. We will make an effort to ensure gender balance within the groups. We also need volunteers to set up WhatsApp groups for easy communication and coordination. If you are interested in volunteering, please indicate this in the registration form.
By signing up you approve that we store the information about you for one month, and that we can share your e-mail address and mobile number with the people you are paired with. The deadline for signing up is Wednesday, 18th of December at 23.59.
