What to expect
Our panelists will describe what they work on today and how their careers developed from their time at UiO, offering personal accounts of the transition from a PhD to positions in research, industry, policy and higher education. They will reflect on the lessons from their PhD that they still use daily, and reveal what they wish they had known before starting their doctoral studies. Expect candid stories about the biggest surprises they encountered after leaving academia and clear, practical advice for current PhD candidates.
