Changes are happening in the world of research assessment, for example by recognizing several competencies as merits and a better balance between quantitative and qualitative goals. In Norway, for example, Universities Norway presented the NOR-CAM report in 2021 which sparked a movement for reform. 

As an early career researcher, it's crucial to understand how these changes may impact your research career. In this talk, Jensenius will discuss the evolving landscape of research assessment and what it means for you.
