Admission requirements
To apply for a study stay at UNIS you need to be enrolled in a bachelor-, master- or PhD-program.
Applicants must meet the academic requirements. In addition, UNIS has specific admission requirements for certain courses. Familiarize yourself with the admission requirements on UNIS's website.
Application deadlines
There are admissions to UNIS three times a year:
15 October for the spring semester
15 February for the summer term
15 April for the autumn semester
Conditional admission
If you do not meet the admission requirements at the time of application, you must be able to prove that you are qualified when the course starts, for example by documenting your application for a master's program. You will then be ranked in the admission to UNIS, as if you have admission to a master's, but you must document your master's admission to UNIS no later than two weeks before the start of the course.
Some courses at UNIS are taught in the summer, in June, July and August. Some of these may start so early that it will not be possible to document master's admission in advance. It will therefore not be possible to apply for admission to these subjects without confirmed admission to the master's program.
How to apply?
When you apply for admission to UNIS, you must also apply for a place on the courses you wish to take. You apply for admission via UNIS's website.
Admission
Admission to UNIS happens continuously and you will receive an email as soon as your application has been processed. If you are offered a place, you have to accept or decline within the given deadline. If you have any questions regarding admission, contact UNIS directly.
