Academic interests
I am primarily interested in the high-latitude ionosphere: From the transfer of energy from the solar wind to the terrestrial ionosphere, to small-scale plasma structuring. I am also interested in the dynamics of in-situ satellite operation, such as spacecraft charging and plasma simulations.

I studied physics at the University of Iceland, and did my Master's degree in theoretical astrophysics at the University of Oslo.
