Academic interests
My research interest is in evaluating the potential of using the North Atlantic Igneous Province as a reservoir for CO2. The Faroe Islands are used as an onshore laboratory where we integrate data from multiscale (cm to km) such as wells, seismic, bathymetry, photogrammetry and fieldwork. This is further used to understand the structural properties of the basaltic formations.
