The Information Systems research group at the University of Oslo is our Research and Education unit. HISP belongs to the Information Systems research community and has contributed significantly to the field Information and Communications Technologies for Development (ICT4D).

Health
HISP enables and supports countries to strengthen their health systems and their capacity to govern their Health Information Systems in a sustainable way to improve the management and delivery of health services.
Climate & Health
HISP is engaged in a global action research project to support climate-resilient health systems in low- and middle-income countries through digital for combining climate and health data and modeling of disease risk.
Education
DHIS2 for Education extends the DHIS software platform from the health sector to the education sector for the collection, analysis, visualization, and use of individual and aggregate data from institutions of learning.
