Computer-enabled methods have nowadays been used to perform high-resolution simulations of a patient's heart and to digitally recreate circumstances leading up to heart conditions. These simulations also have great potentials for future clinical usage, such as in connection with patient treatment planning. This master project aims to improve the availability of patient-specific heart simulations with more efficient pre- and post-processing of data related to such simulations.
