The COSRECOS project was presented with a talk "Partial Runtime Reconfiguration for Industrial Applications – Methods and Tools" at the FPGA Forum 2010 in Trondheim. In addition, we participated in the booth with a system that was demonstrating partial runtime reconfiguration in a video processing system.
The ROBIN group is pleased to welcome Simen Gimle Hansen, who will work in the COSRECOS project. Simen was previously employed by Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace (KDA). Simen will focus on analysis and property extraction in reconfigurable systems. He will further investigate partial runtime reconfiguration under hard real-time constraints for software defined radio applications.
After finishing his PhD at the Hardware-Software-Co-Design group of the Friedrich-Alexander University in Germany, Dirk Koch has joined the COSRECOS project. He will continue his research on tools and methodologies for implementing advanced reconfigurable systems.
