- strategies for innovation (including design, development and implementation) in digital infrastructures
- user participation in design and development of digital infrastructures
- dealing with the tension between short-term and long-term concerns of digital infrastructures
- how to deal with the installed base in digital infrastructures
- the relation between technical and organizational development
- the relation between AI and digital infrastructures
- I conduct research in the healthcare domain, but I am also interested in other empirical cases (that you might suggest).
