The research groups
Some research groups have their own e-mail lists to invite to seminars etc. Contact the leader of the reseach group if you have questions about such lists.

About the use of the lists
To avoid more e-mails than necessary, we try to limit the use of the mailing lists. This is particularily important for "ansatte@math.uio.no". This list is only used for important and necessary information to all employees.
Examples of e-mails that is sent to this list:
- Information from the administration about teaching, employment related issues and research.
- Information about events that is relevant for all employees at the Department.
Examples of e-mails that is not forwarded to the list:
- Job adverticements from other institutions
- Events that may be relevant for some of our employees
- questionnaires etc
- e-mails with political content
About events that are relevant for our employees:
We will only forward one e-mail to the list "ansatte@math.uio.no". No reminders.
