Title: Functional models for q-commuting and doubly q-commuting isometries
Abstract: A pair (A, B) is said to be q-commuting if AB=qBA, doubly q-commuting if, in addition, BA*=qA*B. In this talk, we shall see a functional model for q-commuting isometric pairs. We shall see what the model can tell us about the pair. This is a joint work with Joseph A. Ball, Virginia Tech.
