Intel compiler update to version 19.0
The Intel compilers for linux and MacOS workstations have been updated to version 2019 initial release.

Linux:
module load Intel_parallel_studio/2019
Mac OS:
source /opt/intel/bin/ifortvars.csh (csh/tcsh) or source /opt/intel/bin/ifortvars.sh (sh/bash)
