16.08.23, 18.55 The StorNext problems now seems to be solved. We are still investigating what caused it. Let me know if you still have problems.
We have some problems with the following /mn/stornext disks: d5, d12, d13, d14, d15, d16, d17, d18, d19 and d20. All other disks (including u3) are fine. Existing files seems to be in a write-lock state, meaning that they can not be changed or deleted. New files are fine.
We know when it happened and which file system triggered it. We also suspect which job triggered it. We had a similar case in september 2022.
We need help from Quantum support to fix this. We will contact them tomorrow morning when they get to work.
We will let you know when it is fixed.
